Lemon Chicken Scaloppine with Artichokes
I'm planning a small dinner with a few friends tomorrow night. I'm serving the chicken scaloppine with a wild rice, broccoli or asparagus. This will be only the second time I've made chicken. I'm a little nervous about it. I don't want anyone to get trichinosis or anything. I'm sure it'll be fine.
